About
About Port Gaverne
Port Gaverne is a narrow inlet a few minutes’ walk east of Port Isaac. Once busy with pilchard fishing and slate shipping, it is now a quiet spot for paddling, kayaking and rock pooling.
The old fish cellars, where pilchards were salted and pressed, still stand around the cove, and the coast path continues east towards Tintagel.
