Lusty Glaze ”Beach of the Year in 2017” by The Sunday Times
The only thing that can top off an evening of good friends, great music and delicious food and drink is a picture-perfect sunset on a Cornish beach.
Luckily, Lusty Glaze has that on tap and, not that we need an excuse, but here are the top reasons why we’re looking forward to donning our flip flops and heading to the beach this year.
First up, Lusty Glaze will be bringing Latino vibes to the shores of North Cornwall in with their ‘Havana Good Time!’ launch party for their new Pizza & Rum Beach Bar on April 20th. Think toes-in-the-sand, epic live music and plenty of Piña Coladas.
Approaching the summer solstice, there is nowhere better than the gorgeous, private cove of Lusty Glaze.
The sun practically melts into the Atlantic, waves crash upon golden sands and Lusty Glaze has a Father’s Day Food & Drink Festival that you don’t want to miss. Bucket loads of beer, celebrity chef demos, dodgy dad dancing and platters of manly eats have all been promised.
Just one month later and legendary Morcheeba will be bringing their silky-voiced, atmospheric tunes to the Newquay cove on July 22nd.
Trust us, there’s no better setting for Morcheeba’s laid-back summery sound than a Cornish beach at sunset!
As one of Cornwall’s most exclusive and picturesque places to enjoy live music, you can get all snuggly by the log burner every week of the year with their free Woodburner Sessions.
Not only has it been crowned Britain’s Best Beach by The Sunday Times (no doubt for the fresh local food, stunning views and laid back atmosphere), but Lusty Glaze has also been shortlisted as the UK’s Best Coastal Wedding Venue of 2018.
Does it get much dreamier than your own private beach and having your first dance as a married couple bare foot under the stars? We don’t think so.
