What do I need to provide?
Your own photos and videos, plus a caption for each post. Photos at least 1080px wide work best, and tall photos or videos suit stories. Our AI can write the captions for you.
When will my posts go out?
Posts go out at 10am, 1pm and 6pm on your day, and stories go out through the day from 9:30am. A 3-day Instagram takeover runs on three days in a row.
Do you check my content first?
Yes. We look over every post before it goes out and will let you know if anything needs changing.
How far ahead can I book?
From 3 days to 6 months ahead. Only one business can take over each day, so popular dates go quickly.
Can any business book?
Takeovers are open to most Hello Cornwall listings. If yours can’t be booked, it will say so when you search for it.
