About
About Trengwainton Garden
Trengwainton was developed by the Bolitho family, who filled it with rhododendrons, magnolias and other plants from plant-hunting expeditions to Asia. The mild climate of west Cornwall lets many tender plants flourish here.
A stream garden runs alongside the long drive, and walled gardens give shelter to rare plants. At the top of the garden there is a fine view across to St Michael’s Mount.
