About
About Trebah Garden
Trebah is one of the great Cornish gardens. Paths wind down a steep, sheltered valley through tree ferns, palms, giant gunnera and, in summer, a huge display of blue and white hydrangeas.
At the bottom is Polgwidden Cove, a small beach on the Helford River. In 1944 thousands of American troops set off from here for the D-Day landings, and a memorial on the beach remembers them.
