About
About Tintagel Old Post Office
The Old Post Office is a 14th-century yeoman’s house, built of local stone with a famously uneven slate roof. In Victorian times one room served as the village’s letter office, which gave the building its name.
It was one of the National Trust’s earliest purchases, and inside you can see the old hall, kitchen and the restored Victorian post room, with a small cottage garden.
