About
About The Camel Trail
The Camel Trail follows the route of a former railway line for around 18 miles, from Padstow along the Camel Estuary to Wadebridge, then inland to Bodmin and Wenfordbridge on the edge of Bodmin Moor.
The section between Padstow and Wadebridge is the most popular, with wide views over the estuary, sandbanks and birdlife. The inland section through the wooded valley towards Bodmin is quieter and shaded.
