About Polkerris
Polkerris is a small village tucked into a cove between Par and Fowey, with a curving harbour wall protecting a sandy beach. It faces west, so it is a great place to watch the sun set over St Austell Bay.
The old lifeboat station is now a popular beach restaurant, and there is a pub and a watersports centre offering paddleboard and kayak hire. The coast path leads south to the Gribbin Daymark.
