About
About Carbis Bay
Carbis Bay is a wide, sheltered beach with soft sand and clear water, often compared to the Mediterranean on a sunny day. It has its own station on the St Ives Bay Line, so you can arrive by train along one of Britain’s most scenic railways.
The beach is overlooked by the Carbis Bay Hotel, which hosted world leaders for the G7 summit in 2021, and the coast path links it with St Ives in about 30 minutes’ walk.
