Following its biggest refurbishment yet, Hub St Ives has been reimagined with a fresh nautical vibe that perfectly complements its stunning seaside location. Thanks to an incredible Cornish collaboration—builders, local artists, designers, and staff—the entire transformation was completed in just three weeks, ensuring the town’s burger cravings were satisfied just in time for Easter!

Step inside and discover a vibrant, two-storey space with panoramic views of the bay. The refurbishment has smashed through to the ground floor of the neighbouring building, creating a spacious new dining area complete with a terrace for soaking up the sunshine. The layout has been flipped, with the bar now on the left as you enter, offering plenty of room for diners, drinkers, and even a little Hub-style boogie!

By day, Hub St Ives is the perfect spot for great coffee, fabulous cakes, and a relaxed atmosphere. By night, it transforms into the ideal destination for indulging in our legendary burgers, crafted in-house from aged Cornish rare breed beef and served in fresh artisan buns from Baker Tom.
