A Rich Tapestry of History
Bosinver is steeped in history, with roots dating back to the Doomsday Book. Our oldest cottage, the 16th-century Bosinver Farmhouse, stands as a testament to the area’s heritage. Other cottages, like Trerose and Jacks Barn, were once bustling farm buildings, while Polclay served as a stable for carthorses. Even our charming thatched cottage, Coliza, though built in 2003, adds to the timeless charm of the estate.

Sustainability Meets Luxury
For those seeking a modern, eco-conscious retreat, Lowen—our zero-carbon eco-cottage—is the jewel in Bosinver’s crown. Built in 2011, Lowen combines traditional construction methods with cutting-edge renewable energy technologies. Powered by PV panels and a ground source heat pump, this energy self-sufficient cottage generates enough electricity to power itself and two other cottages, all while sending surplus energy back to the grid.

Whether you’re drawn to the history, the luxury, or the sustainability, Bosinver offers something for everyone. Come and experience the magic of this Cornish paradise—your perfect escape awaits.
