Returns & Refunds Policy
In the event that any of the products supplied are received by you in a damaged or defective condition, or if they do not materially match the description or pictures on the website, you may return the product or products to us within 14 days of receipt and if you do so, we will provide a full refund of the price paid by you inclusive of the return postage and packing.
If you return any product or products to us in accordance with the clause 1.1 and we are able to prove that they were not faulty when they were received by you, we reserve the right to send them back to you and claim the cost of such return postage from you.
We will notify you of any refund of monies (including those due as a result of your cancellation of your Order under clause 4 below) via email within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any monies to you using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the delivery of any defective product or products.
You must inform us either in writing (which may be by email). You must return the Product(s) to us as soon as possible, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
We do not offer a change of mind policy as we are unable to recover costs once your item has been printed and shipped. Please do get in touch if you do have a change of mind as do occasionally offer returned products to our social media followers by way of a competition.
