Shipping Prices & Options

We only offer free delivery on all of our hampers, but please check to make sure your address is within our delivery locations below.

Non Mainland Deliveries

We do not deliver to the following postcodes and places.

AB37, AB38, AB41-56, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, KY15-17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50 and ZE1-ZE3.

We regret that we cannot send orders to the Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

All orders received before 1pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm Thursday or Friday will be set for the next Applicable delivery date of Tuesday. This is to ensure that orders are not held in transit for longer than necessary to ensure freshness. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day. Please note that all orders are packed and dispatched the day prior to the delivery date on the expectation of next day delivery however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

How will my order be sent?

All our hampers including ”Pasties by Post” and ”Cornish Cream Teas” are sent on a next day service with Fedex, please allow 2-3 working days for processing and delivery.

Pasties by Post are sent on a specific next day service so that they are delivered in a frozen state. They are packaged in a temperature controlled thermal box with ice packs to keep them frozen during transit. The majority of orders are arriving on time and our delivery success rate is currently 98.5%. However we are finding that there is a small proportion that arrive a day late. If this happens please contact us with your order confirmation and we will organise a replacement.

Please make sure that you track your order so that you are at home when the delivery arrives. We do our best to get your order to you on time but if you are not at home, the delivery driver may take the parcel away or leave on your property in a safe place, which may cause the pasties to defrost. We can only claim compensation from the delivery service if it is their fault. If you are not at home for delivery which results in defrosted pasties we will charge an additional £10 to re-send your order.

Does someone need to be present to accept delivery?

Once your Pasties by Post order has been picked up by Fedex you will start to receive tracking notifications all the way to delivery. The driver will attempt to gain a signature upon delivery but has instructions to leave your parcel in a safe place if no-one is at home. Please note: If you are not at home for delivery which results in defrosted pasties we may not compensate for this. It is the customers responsibility to keep track of delivery notifications and to make sure they are at home for delivery due to the perishable nature of the product. The driver will be instructed to leave in a safe place otherwise your order may be delivered the following day, in which the goods would have perished.

Packing & packaging

All our hampers are sent in a standard cardboard postal box strong enough to protect the contents of the hamper.

The contents of our hampers are carefully packed and where necessary, protectively wrapped to minimise the possibility of breakages during transit.

We make sure that the Clotted Cream is frozen as it leaves for dispatch.

What is the shelf life on hampers?

That depends on the hamper you are buying and the nature of the products inside. Many of our hampers have a long shelf life of 6 months+ however, hampers containing bakery and dairy products are highly perishable and need to be refrigerated as soon as received.

Typically all highly perishable products will have 1-2 weeks shelf life and as a minimum indicator these products should be delivered with a minimum of 7 days left on any use by date.

Please consider these shelf life times when choosing your delivery date. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any perishable products which were delivered but for use some time later.
